Our team of injectors are all board-certified medical professionals who have been fellowship trained under Dr. Siddiqui, Il Mulino Aesthetic’s Chief Medical Officer & Adam Grupka, Director of Medical Operations & Lead Senior Injector. All of our Expert Injectors have undergone a rigorous 3-month fellowship program in hands-on injectable training, encompassing 350 hours. We treat our office like a true medical hospital. The team has done thousands of procedures and has worked with every face and lip type. Our injectors do one thing and do it the best.

We typically use the Allergan family of products: Botox, Juvederm, and Kybella. All of our products are FDA approved and bought in America. There are many competitors in New York and other locations throughout the country that use products that are not necessarily made in America and carry a high risk of complications. It is important to ask this question and be well informed about your treatment options.

bruising
-
Bruising, or ecchymosis in medical terminology, is the result of blood showing under the skin after a trauma. In aesthetics this is usually caused by a needle damaging a small blood vessel. We have a vast supply of small and large blood vessels in the face, so bruising can occur any time needle to skin occurs, even with Botox.

Understand there is always risk of bruising which can come in minor, mild, moderate, or severe. We do recommend that all bruises be at a minimum evaluated by photo or in person to make sure there is no other complications going on. 99.9% of the time, bruising will resolve without any intervention between 1 day and 14 days.
